Faye Oliver, Case Manager, graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with a double major in Government and International Affairs and French. While at Augustana, she was honored as a member of Pi Delta Phi.

Ms. Oliver joined the firm in 1999 and has extensive experience with high-level employment-based immigration cases, including Labor Certifications, Hs, TNs, E-2s, Ls, and other work visa projects for engineers, scientists, IT professionals, executives, managers, investors and entrepreneurs as well as family-based cases and many other categories of immigration projects.
